Here is Lloydy doing some Pistol Squats.  Poor thing feel into a hole on a walk and broke a bone in her foot.  She is now in a moon boot for 6 weeks and on crutches.  Most people would just rest up, maybe eat a few bad things and feel sorry for themselves for the 6 weeks, but not the legend Lloydy.  She is still full on into her training and we are coming up with some awesome ways to train.

Remember if you are injured you can still train.  Its up to our awesome coaches to think outside the box and give you things to do.  With every negative there is a positive.  You can focus more on mobility, posture and moving better.  So make sure you come on it team, ask for help and lets keep you moving.

Saturdays session is going to be epic.  We are holding it at West 9am for everyone (it is part of the challenge but all members can join the workout).  So make sure you come over to the wild west for the 9am workout.

30 KB Swings (20/12kg)
30 Step Ups (60/50cm)
30 Push Press (20/15kg)
15 Burpees
10m Lunge
20m Bear Crawl back to tag your next team mate
