Whats going on here!? We are ‘Testing’ (poor Wes) out our stretches we are planning for your next round of Movement classes! Tonight is the last of our Squat focussed Movement class, next week we are moving onto the Deadlift. The movement pattern of the Squat leads nicely into the movement of the Deadlift. A lot of people may struggle with their Squat because they have tight hamstrings. In our Deadlift sessions we are going to be focussing on hamstrings and upper back (thoracic) position. Improving these are 100% going to improve your squat position as well.
This Saturday we are going to be running just one class, 9am at CrossFit West Auckland. This class is for all members, but is also serving as one of the Eat Clean Train Mean Challenges. We have a massive Team Chipper style WOD planned out. Book in and lets have some fun out West!

Workout
EMOM for 10 minutes (for a cycle of 5x each exercise) complete:
min 1: 3 Thruster 50/35kg + 5 Lateral Bar Burpees
min 2: 50 Double Unders
