Reminder that there are no classes at the gym tomorrow.
We will be at Judges Bay, at 8am for our swimming/running WOD (if you don’t want to swim you can’t run!). Then starting at 8.30am we have Paddle Boarding for the Eat Clean, Train Mean challenge! If your not part of the challenge but would like to join us Paddle Boarding you are most welcome.
