You know how we hammer you all the time about that “Hollow Body Position”!? Thats because its so important for so many things that we do in CrossFit! Today we have Handstand Push Ups, and Chest to Bar Pull Ups, both very different exercises but efficiency in both are so highly related to how you can control your “hollow/arch” positions! We want our body to be one big long tight operation, we want to point our toes, squeeze our feet/thighs/bum together as tight as we can. Tilt your pelvis under (for a hollow) tuck your rib-cage in, and be as active through our shoulder as we can. When you are warming up today, listen to your coaches cues carefully and really think about perfecting those tight body positions. It should be extremely hare to hold for 20seconds!
