We have just ONE spot left in the 4-week Olympic Lifitng Programme starting Monday 2nd March, 7pm out West. If you want this last spot email bailey@health101.co.nz ASAP! With the Open coming up, you want to be as efficient as possible with all of your movements, to save as much energy as you can throughout the WOD, now is the perfect time to refine your technique on the Snatch and Clean and Jerk! The Olympic Lifting programme is designed to make you more proficient at the movements- we will be focussing on perfect movement at light weights, which you can then cross over into your heavier weights when needed. If you want in, be fast!
