No classes at the gym this Saturday team!
We will be at Judges Bay, (you can park on Judges Bay Road in Parnell) at 8am for an awesome outdoor WOD. It will involve a swim, but if you don’t want to swim you have the option of running. So bring either your swimmers or your running shoes or both! Then at 8.30am we have Paddle Boarding for the Eat Clean, Train Mean challenge! If your not doing the challenge but would like to hang around after your WOD you are more than welcome. Fingers crosses its a stunner of a day!
I hope you all enjoyed your gymnastic session yesterday, its always good to pull back every now and then and focus on some skills that we don’t practice often. These tricky wee skills can be so beneficial to many of the movements we do in CrossFit. Feel free to keep practicing them on your own if you have a spare few minutes free to warm up!
