Todays workout is the last challenge for our Eat Clean Train Mean competitors, but you will all be doing it! Its a few odd things and will be fun to play around and do something our of the ordinary…So make sure you book in!
Tomorrow night is the start of our third round of Movement classes. The next 3 sessions will be focussing on the Overhead Squat. So think thoracic mobility, shoulder mobility, hips, ankles, all of the above! Movement classes are 6.15pm at both gyms.
Skill (Challenge components)
– 2 footed long jump (5 attempts, measure where the back heal lands)
– Hanging on the bar for time (any grip)
– Plank on elbows (max time 5min)
– Swing and land off the pull up rig
