Tomorrow is the last workout of the 2015 Open and to celebrate al of your hard work over the past 5 weeks we are going to have a Bbq after the workout this weekend. We will provide some nice sausages and onions, some refreshing coconut water (and some beers if you want to reward yourself!) Since we are about the healthy lifestyle, we ask if you could all please bring a small salad of some sort with you on Saturday that we could share. (that way you can have an extra beer to make up for your good eating!) Thanks team! See you all Saturday. Remember 8am start!!
PS. how hard was Whitten yesterday! Gosh!
