Some very impressive weighted push ups yesterday! They are such a nice variation to our standard movements, its fun to do things like that every now and then! Next time you see me, tell me what your favourite ‘odd’ thing to do at the gym is!?

d) 50 Plate Ground to Overhead 20/15kg
at 20min
e) 50 MB Sit ups 9/6kg
