Looks like I missed an awesome WOD up Mt Eden on Saturday morning!
Coming up next week we are going to be doing our ‘Testing Week’, if you were around last year you will know what we are talking about. We have set some ‘Benchmarks’ for you to grade yourself and set your goals to meet the next level in the Benchmark. Next week we are going to be doing these testing days on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. We have your results from last year, so make sure you come along to either beat your last score or set one for next year!!
