Matt contemplating life after one of his sets of 25 Wall Ball on Wednesday! Love those Partner Wednesdays!

This week will be our last week of a 6-day per week blog. Seeing as you can now all see the next days WOD on Wodify at 8pm the night before, we have decided to cut the blog every day, and just have a once per week write up with some good info or good reading for you. So look forward to some good reads coming up, (hopefully!).
