A few more details for our challenge with Quattro!:
6 weeks long. Testing on Queens Birthday (monday 1st June) 5.30pm at West. On this day there will also be a Nutrition Seminar to give you some helpful tips and advice around your eating and health!
There will be 3 workouts. Re-test//Competition will be Saturday 11th June, 8am at West.
Reminder tonight is our Mobility/Movement class 6.15pm at both gyms!
